How to make mega menuxhtml css3 menu

Q: I own version 2.3 of CSS3Menu and I want to use the Mega Menu feature. I don't see it as one of the options. How do I access the mega menu capabilities.

A: You should go to "Submenu" tab and assign value for "Max rows" parameter.
It's "0" by default and submenu has one column in this case.
