Do you provide refund policy for creating css buttons?

Please refund my purchase today for the cu3ox. I received the emails regarding the activation key and have not used it to activate my software. After looking at your free software further realized that it doesn't perform the way it needs to perform.

Please let me know that this amount will be credited to the Visa card used to purchase this software.
