How can I highlight current item in css3 menu code?

Q: I am trying to use the CSS3 menus and everything looks good, but I am having difficulty with styling an active link. What I want to do is have an effect when you are currently open to a link to show users where they are in the site.
Typically if you want this effect you would do a style rule a:active. How do I do this with your program? What would you suggest I do?

A: To achieve such effect you can select item you need to be active and check "active" option to it or set

class="pressed"

for tag with menu item in generated HTML code.
