Css navigation doesn't start

Q: I have downloaded your program but it does not seem to want to load or open. I have tried reinstalling it and also restarting my machine. It is a laptop running windows7 64 bit and also run as adim. If you have any ideas on the problem could you please let me know.

A: Please, try to do the following:

Control panel -> System -> Advanced system settings -> (Performance) Settings -> Data Execution Prevention.

Turn off DEP or add CSS3Menu in the exception list.
