Responsive css menu doesn't start

Q: I am looking for a replacement application for a menu program.
I was interested in your trial and it crashes immediately before the program even has a chance to start.
Do you have any ideas? Thanks

A: Try to do the following:

Control panel -> System -> Advanced system settings -> (Performance) Settings -> Data Execution Prevention.

Turn off DEP or add CSS3Menu in the exception list.
